With 6 dive shops, 3 boats, 1 Retail & Dive store, 3 retail shops and a buzzing dive community, we are a PADI 5-Star IDC center where we provide unforgettable dive experiences with a passion for ocean conservation.

What will you do?

• Lead epic dive adventures (shore, boat, dusk & night)
• Assist instructors in training new and experienced divers
• Welcome and check in guests, sell awesome gear & experiences, and provide our guests with advice concerning things like dive locations and Bonaire Marine Park
• Be a role model when it comes to safety and environmental standards and rules

What we are looking for?

• Certified PADI Divemaster
• Fluent English speaker (bonus if you speak more languages)
• Working experience as Divemaster and Boat captain is a big plus

What we offer:

• Full-time (40 hours/week) with a 2-day consecutive weekend
• Monthly salary: $1,903–$2,167 gross
• 15 paid vacation days
• Time for time arrangement

Do you love fashion, helping people, and island vibes? Our Reef Store, Dushi Store, and Dushi Style are looking for a friendly, sales-driven team member who is ready to bring energy and style to our retail shops!

What you will do?

• Be the face of our stores with top-notch customer service
• Guide customers in making great purchases
• Unpack, organize, and restock inventory
• Help drive sales with product knowledge and enthusiasm
• Suggest fresh ideas for store improvement

What we are looking for?

• Sales-oriented with experience
• Friendly, motivated, and results-driven
• A team player with initiative
• Legally allowed to work on Bonaire
