a review of dive theory & basic skills
If you haven’t been diving for over a year, we recommend a refresher before getting back in the water. If it’s been 1-3 years since your last dive, you can take our Quick Refresh course. If it’s been more than 3 years, we recommend the Full Refresh. Both options include a review of dive theory and basic skills, with the content tailored to your situation as assessed by your instructor.
The Full Refresh includes one short guided dive in the morning and an additional guided dive in the afternoon to help you regain comfort and confidence in the water.
